To The Point | Review - The Good Dinosaur

Hello everyone and welcome to another To The Point, where time is money, which could be spent on this week's DVD release of The Good Dinosaur.

The Good Dinosaur takes an interesting, what-if scenario, and turns it into a pretty good movie. Disney Pixar is at again with it's usual brand of mixing mature, adult concepts into an animated, kid-friendly movie. This time, the story revolves around the idea of making your mark on the world, and what it means to be part of a family. Voice acting, cinematography, and animation are all up to the Pixar standard, but I can't help feel like something was missing in this one. It was cute and funny, heart-wrenching and real, but it just didn't strike the perfect chord for me this time. Let me know if you felt the same.

Overall, it's a worthy movie to add to your animated collection. My rating: 6.8/10
