First off, Dusty's been talking about Wonder Woman for sometime now, right? Well, he (and let's be honest) the rest of the comic book fans out there have their woman: Gal Gadot!
Now, before you go and bash her for her size, she's already made promises to "beef up" before the premier of the unofficially titled: Batman vs. Superman, a.k.a. Man of Steel 2. Justin Kroll, from Variety, has confirmed (more or less) that Gadot is going to be Wonder Woman for at least three flicks - "We’re told Gadot will play the role in not only the upcoming “Batman-Superman” flick, but in a Justice League movie and a Wonder Woman standalone film."
That's not the only news for the upcoming Man of Steel sequel, rumor has it that Stephen Amell and Josh Holloway will be joining the ranks as Green Arrow and Aquaman respectively. Now before you get too excited about the ever growing cast for the sequel, it should be noted that these are simply rumors right now, possibly to spur on interests or simply for misdirection - either way, it would be interesting to see these two characters added into the fray, especially before the release of Justice League.
It looks like we'll have to wait to find out though as the release date for Man of Steel 2 has been pushed back. That's right, what started out as July 17, 2015 for Snyder's film is now to set to come out May 6, 2016! Hopefully this is just Snyder's (and the producers') way of telling us they're taking their time, you know, to work out all the details of the film. Whatever the reasoning, I for one cannot wait for this thing to come out!
